Genworth Financial is a leading financial security company meeting the retirement, longevity and lifestyle protection, investment and mortgage insurance needs of more than 15 million customers. We have an expanding global presence that includes 6,000+ employees in more than 25 countries. We offer exciting and diverse employment opportunities and welcome you to learn more about who we are and what we have to offer.

Genworth wants each employee to reach their full potential, and being an organization that is focused on people drives that philosophy in everything we do. Genworth recognizes that individuals contribute in their own unique way, and we strive to have an inclusive environment where each person collaborates with their team and gives their best effort, every day.

We work hard to give each of our employees the chance to continually learn and grow. Our employees can develop their skills through our Genworth Development Center, as well as through involvement with activities such as our diversity Network Groups. Genworth is also dedicated to making a difference in the communities where we live and work through our philanthropic and volunteer efforts.

Developing Our People
The Genworth Development Center’s mission is to provide learning and development offerings for all employees to ensure we have the capabilities to compete and grow. These offerings include classroom and eLearning courses focused on improving professional, leadership, and technical capabilities.

The Genworth Development Center has training centers at our major locations. As a testament to our focus on development, a number of these centers recently completed significant expansions and technology upgrades in order to improve the learning experience and truly allow employees to collaborate on a global level. To further supplement our offerings, we’ve also established unique partnerships with leading organizations like the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the Center for Creative Leadership, the American Management Association, and the Community College Workforce Alliance.
